Our mission is simple and has been our hallmark for the past 15 years of serving
thousands of clients throughout the world.
We provide the best technology and service to allow our customers to communicate
across the world.
Our goal is to provide 99% connectivity every day regardless of what goes on around

We are a sister company of International Technology Contractors (ITC) a Belgium
company founded together with partners in 1992. ITC provides consulting and operational
services to telecommunication companies in Europe and numerous customers throughout
the African continent. Based on its experience and track record, ITC is an official
representative of Telelink (
ITC's founders started as a computer specialist and communication expert after significant
research and developing proprietary software for the communication
industry, ITC was launched. ITC started as a call back service that allowed customers
from Africa to take advantage of lower international rates. Through a unique proprietary
programs customers in remote parts of Africa could communicate globally at a fraction
of the prior cost, if any service was even available prior to ITC's arrival.
Due to our success larger customers started asking us to provide them with satellite
services as well. To better serve our customers we became an official representative
of INMARSAT. INMARSAT is the world leader in providing global satellite access through
relative small equipment. Due to the small equipment size, ITC can build systems
in small remote villages to large corporate towers without the need for significant
installation equipment. The small, but power system, can be established at a lesser
cost than many other satellite systems. What sets us apart from other
satellite providers is that we have our own management system which helps run and
track the communication network. Other providers share their systems with others
which causes congestion and reduced speed. Our system eliminates these concerns
so we can provider a steady uninterrupted communication stream.
In 2004 we entered in to the fixed satellite systems and VoIP business – after
investing in our own satellite hub and VoIP switches. Besides owning the equipment,
I T C is also creating and building the management and commercial network to run our
own systems.
With the buildup to the Y2K challenge, numerous companies were concerned with their
communication and data system and were not sure how their system would respond.
I T C was hired by various companies and organizations to provide the appropriate
backup systems. Some of these clients included Pfizer Belgium and the European Air
control organization in Brussels, Belgium. The attached letter of recommendation
from Eurocontrol highlights how we were able to provide cutting edge and successful
service to a major international organization.
In 1994, Glasol, an international mining company operating in Africa, choose ITC
to provide a global solution for their telecommunication needs in an urban environment
as well as in the mining areas which are rural and undeveloped. Glasol turned to
ITC since our systems had the flexibility and reliability to cover all their needs.
We have been assisting them ever since.
One of our clients told us that they were in a corporate plane that crashed over a forest in the Central Republic of Africa. They thought they were doomed. However, the survivors remembered that they had a Telelink (ITC) phone. We were able to call for assistance and had no problem getting through. Our client also mentioned that they were even able to call their corporate office in Europe and keep on working while waiting for help. Luckily there were no casualties and the client became a dedicated Telelink (ITC) client.
